I am an Agronomist Engineer with over 10 years of experience in topography, geoprocessing, and property appraisal. I hold a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from UFC and specialize in Expropriations and Administrative Easements, primarily working in the renewable energy sector. I have managed projects involving over 150 km of transmission lines and participated in the regularization of more than 200 properties for solar and wind developments in Maranhão, Ceará, and Bahia. I am accredited by IBAMA and associated with IBAPE-CE.
